| Some good windsurfing footage and some good pointers buried in this video. The video style does not lend itself to being very informative for intermediates to improve. Too many random facts thrown in to interviews. |

| Ok for formula sailors I suppose but I found it very boring. Only upside for me was to see Antoine, Micah and Robby Naish in the video, a few of my favorite sailors. Was a bit annoyed that I couldn't hear Robby at all because of all the wind noise. |
