| These guys don't have a clue what they are doing. Decosup makes a great product, and they used it to BUTCHER the concrete they were working on. These guys were so bad laughed the entire time I watched this video. |

| As a homeowner, I was looking for advice on how to deal with existing concrete. This video was made from a training seminar of professional contractors. They worked on new concrete slabs, outdoors. When they "cleaned" the slab, they could hose it off, which would be impractical for indoor use. The equipment that was used was commercial grade equipment, which is impractical if you are a going to do just a single job. A lot of info I was looking for was just barely mentioned or never talked about, and then some info, which would be irrelevant to a homeowner, was repeated. Don't expect to learn everything you need to know about acid staining in this video. It is more an "intro" course and is marketed towards a contractor looking to get into this business and thinking about attending their seminars or buying their equipment and stains. I have been reading up on the net and in books on how to acid stain and there was some conflicting info in this tape as to info from other sources. On the other hand, there were little niblets of info that I learned from viewing the video, so I cannot say that the $4 rental was totally a waste. |
