A great instructional video - with some caveats!

I like this instructional video a lot. It is extremely thorough and by the time you watch it once you will have remembered the sequence of important elements. You will want to go back and review though. This might be easy with the DVD, but using Windows Media Player, there is no way to conveniently skip to a desired section.
One other point: I've windsurfed once since watching the video, in pretty gnarly 4.4 conditions. Trying to jibe as Dasher teaches in the video has temporarily screwed up my jibe technique. I find that it's essential to do dry land practice before trying new techniques on the water. I omitted this step and paid the price!
