You pick up some good pointers from the guests but if you don't already have a decent serve, this video won't help you out very much. It can even confuse you. Check out Consistent Tennis Wins III which is a million times better!

Too Much Talking

I didn't feel this video did much in the way of instruction. It started off with Jimmy and Chris Evert standing and talking about nothing really, while a group were taking turns serving.

Need more visual

This is a 'fundamentals" series and a 'video" but it was presented as an intermediate or above manner. This video does not show the details of a grip or how to correct common mistakes. It is interesting to see some stars of tennis but it needs less jabbering and more action.
