Former dancer and certified Pilates instructor, Sarah Picot has found a way to enhance your Pilates mat workout. Pilates mat is traditionally comprised of 34 exercises. Yet there are hundreds of exercises created for the Pilates equipment. More than Mat Pilates has modified machine work so that you can do the exercises at home without the expense of owning the equipment.

This is a very advanced workout and not recommended for the beginner.

Pilates is a building block program. Exercises are continually added on and the difficulty increases as the level advances. This advanced level has many movements that require you to roll onto your neck and shoulders. Proper form is necessary to do this program safely and effectively. Completion of the Beginner and Intermediate level More Than Mat Pilates is strongly recommended.
