Okay, but kind of pedantic

Coach "D-Unit" is a better motivational speaker than he is a teacher. On the plus side, it is easy to get excited about good, solid fundamentals. On the negative side he isn't very articulate in his explanations, and his rationales for executing fundamentals "my way, D-Unit's way" are kind of lacking. ("Because this is the way I do it, the way D-Unit does it") The other videos here on Totalvid teach the same sort of stuff, but do a better job.
